VENDORS Plans for the 12th Annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle are in full swing and we would like to invite you to participate in our Southside Shuffle Vendor Village. Located in the non-gated area of Memorial Park, the Vendor Village is free to the general public providing excellent accessibility. Electricity is available and provided. Vendors are expected to remain on premises and open for business during the festival's hours of operation. Please note, for public safety concerns, vehicles are not permitted in the Vendor Village after set up and the public has been granted access. There are a limited number of vendor spaces available for the 2010 festival. The Southside Shuffle reserves the right to review all vendor submissions and select the required number of vendors that will be an appropriate fit for the event and will strive to avoid duplication of merchandise. A Mississauga Business License (on City Business tax roll) is mandatory. If you do not have one, please check the form for further information. You will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance for a $2,000,000.00 liability naming The Southside Shuffle Blues and Jazz Festival and The City of Mississauga once you have been accepted as a vendor. If you do not have insurance, there is insurance available through Festival and Events Ontario. Please feel free to check with me for more details.
