NEW ORLEANS RIVERBOAT GALA The New Orleans Gala is a truly spectacular event, a high-class evening of food, music and dancing. A reception in the lobby with live Dixieland Jazz features Wine-tasting and a Martini bar, followed by "A Taste of New Orleans" in the banquet hall with foods prepared by some of Mississauga's finest chefs and the award-winning Maple Blues Band onstage.
